Have ya ever wondered?? Lately I´ve been hearing a lot of chatter about just how dangerous cigarette smoke is to everyone. Yep... not just the one smoking that nasty thing, but everyone around them too. Seems the whole world is being ruined by those bad people who use them things. What I got a problem with is why it´s fine and dandy to bellow black smoke out of those ugly smokestacks attached to most all of the factories?? Why doesn´t that seem to bother all the politicians?? Anyway one has to wonder what the big fuss is?? In my old US Navy days I can remember how the Jet Aircraft would dump all the fuel before landing. (I really was in the Navy!!) Now I´m sure as the day is long that spent jet fuel just does wonders for the human body, especially the lungs (I hear second hand smoke will totally mess up those lungs). Maybe the spent fuel or the black smoke bellowing from the money making factories coats the lungs (just in case you´re foolish enough to get close to a smoker... second hand and all that stuff.) Ya gotta wonder??? One other point I might throw out for those of you who really like to wonder. Ever stroll past some of those restaurants and fast-food joints and get a smell of some of "THAT" stuff?? Give me the second hand smoke cause at least I don´t feel abused when I walk away from it. Seems to me some of the fast-food odors stay with me forever!! Keep a wonderin.
